Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone

To All Whom Have This Problem............
I'm not sure how many people have had this problem, but I have only experienced it once, and that was more than enough for me, i stumbled upon this site wondering if the back cover could be removed and I didn't think it could but anyways it is very frustrating!!!! Also I'm not sure how many of you all have a jailbroken firmware or not however this is a software issue and not a structural issue, although most havent mentioned anything relevant to jailbroken phones, I would be will alot of this issue is related directly to this, don't get me wrong, I have a jailbroken iPhone and will restore as often as needed for the benefits of jailbreaking. THIS IS WHAT TO DO>>>>. Connect USB cord to PC and iPhone, THEN depress sleep and home button when the apple icon appears release the home button and allow the phone to shut off. NEXT depress both buttons again but THIS TIME RELEASE THE SLEEP BUTTON and continue holding the home button, after twenty seconds or so the recovery mode screen ( USB and iTUNES LOGO) will appear, at this point you are ready to sync with iTunes and start your complete recovery, if you have backed up your iPhone then you will be prompted after the recovery process completes to either sync previous back-up info or to setup as a new phone which will add no prior info to your phone. Also if anyone is using blackrain jailbreak and you do not have a WiFi connection do not attemt to download Cydia or Rock, as a WiFi connection is required. If your first attempt isnt with WiFi you will have to delete and reinstall. Hope this helps many. Thanks!!!

Hi, Have you tried to update/jailbreak your phone? Was it disconnected during an update? can you see it in iTunes when connected? have you tried holding the top button and the menu button down for 10 seconds (past the restart screen with the red slider at the top)? This will restart the phone fully.. let me know..

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
