The only songs you can download have to come from the iTunes store. Set up an account with a credit card, and you can order single songs, albums or videos, plus some free content. Some albums are sold as whole albums, but that is not the norm.
If you have music on your computer, you can download iTunes to it, and try and drag tracks by having the iTunes window open to your iPod, and the other pane open to your music. Highlight and Right Click Drag - Copy here.
The legit way is to pay Apple $38 to allow you to put non iTunes music on their device.
Make sure that the unit is fully charged by a micro USB the light on it will be red until it's fully charged put phone in search mode and press the center button until the light flashes red and blue after the phone finds it you should have an option to auto pair when it's not in use it will turn off when paired and working pressing either track button will start the music player then just play with the buttons and see what it does you can stop anything from the phone controls
Unless your PC is Bluetooth capable, you'll need to get a Bluetooth device to make it so. This is just one of many such devices to select from. Amazon com Roker Ultra Mini CSR Bluetooth 4 0 Usb Adator for PC and... They vary in size and price. Shop around to find one that best suits your budget. But you want an adaptor/receiver specifically for Bluetooth. (you will need an empty USB port for the adaptor)
If you have forgotten the code or put the wrong code in your ipod, you can unlock the Ipod by doing the following:
Connect your IPod to the primary computer you use it with (the first one Ipod synced with), and open iTunes. When you disconnect iPod from the computer, it will no longer be locked.
If you can't unlock Ipod using either (the code or connecting it to the computer you use to manage its songs). . . you can restore your ipod to factory settings using ipod Updater. Please note that this will erase all data on your ipod. Afterwards, you can add your music and data back to your ipod.
If you want to change the primary computer that your Ipod is associated with, do this:
1. Restore your iPod. WARNING: The restore process cannot be undone. All of your songs and files will be deleted. Always make a backup of your important data.
2. Connect your ipod to the computer that you want to be the primary computer.
3. Open iTunes and synchronize.
If you can't unlock your ipod and you don't have access to the primary computer, your only option is to restore the Ipod, which will erase all music and data. Please take time to rate me Bud
What if the soundbar is Bluetooth? Will I still be able to use that function and connect the active soundbar to the tv (Bluetooth) and connect the av receiver for other surround sound speakers? (they are pre-wired in the walls in the apartment I moved into)
Hi, I have exactly the same dilema. I am wondering if we are supposed to put in the Aux In. Because I am looking like a complete idiot for buying this thing without the power cord. Now for not finding how to plug it in... Please let me know if you found out.
Verify there is nothing plugged into the headset port, including headsets, headphones, or adapters. Original iPhone only: While on the Home screen, adjust the volume buttons. If you see the icon below, indicating that headphones are attached, there may be debris in the headset port:
To remove debris in the headset port, try connecting a pair of headphones to the headset port and then remove the headphones. Repeat this several times. If you have paired with a Bluetooth headset that is nearby, either use the headset or turn Bluetooth off (choose Settings > General > Bluetooth). If that doesn't work, try restarting the iPhone. Hold the Sleep/Wake button until "slide to power off" appears. Slide to power off your device. When it is off, press the Sleep/Wake button to turn it back on. If restarting the iPhone doesn't resolve the issue, try restoring the device.
I have same issue....just took my transmitter apart - the wires connecting the male jack to the silicon board are frayed, disconnected.....you might check that...it's only 2 small screws holding the outercase together....be careful though
