Printer not receiving information from computer

I guess you mean the c350 is not printing while Windows said the job has been sent? If so, it may have changed IP Address from the time you first install the Printer on Windows. Check the Ports setting of the c350 printer! e.g. d53b002.jpg
Network Pritners should have Static IP address or at least a reserved DHCP IP Address. Logon to your Router, check the MAC Address of the c350 and reserve/assign it a IP Address near the end of the DHCP range. Save the Router configuration and power cycle the c350. Confirm IP Address changed to the reserved IP.

Then you have to change all the PC's Printer Configuration of the c350's Port to update the reserved/assigned IP. Or remove the c350 from Printers and Faxes, then run the printer setup software again.

1) Check and test your firewall. Your firewall, especially if its a software firewall like ZoneAlarm, Black Ice, Norton Firewall or something else could be blocking the connection. Disable your firewall and test the connection. You may have to resolve the problem by even uninstalling and reinstalling the firewall.

2) Check your IP address - Renew your IP address

3) Reset your TCP/IP stack by downloading and running WinsockXPFix.exe a Visual Basic program designed to fix corrupted TCP/IP issues, host file problems and a variety of other connectivity issues.

I have 2 desktop computers. im connecting a router to run a wire to the second computer the modem. when the computers connect to the router though, neither will get online. theyre showing full connection,...

Probably, a problem with the IP addresses. A conflict between the two computers. Try to connect to the internet with only one computer turned on. Let the other one turned off. Find out the IP address with the command ipconfig. You may have to renew it (ipconfig /renew).

Then, go to the router config: See the manual of your router. You may have to reserve the 2 IP addresses in your router configuration.
