Question about DISH Network DVR-625 DTV Receiver / 100-Hours Video Recorder
TODAY IHAVE RECHARGE MY DISHK TV MY VC -NO-01507127040 IS RS -207 GOLD PACK TIL NOW NOT ACTIVE
I'm not really sure exactly what you are saying. By "recharge" are you saying that you restarted your DISH Network service? If so, sometimes depending how long the service has been turned off, the receiver needs to have an authorization sent to it. For this to occur, you will need to call 1-800-333-3474 and speak with Tech Support. You can also perform a hard reset by unplugging the receiver from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and plugging back in. This will cause the receiver to reboot and re-acquire satellite signal.
