Question about Computers & Internet
I'm assuming a Windows OS here, since you didn't say.
1. In Control Panel > Printer remove all printers.
2. Unplug the USB cable from the printer and reboot.
3. Reinstall the drivers for the printer using the disc that came with it, or go download them from the Mfg's site (You didn't provide a Make and Model or I would have given a link).
4. Plug the USB cable back into the printer.
