It sounds like one of the internal cable connectors has come loose. There may also be a problem with the cable itself or the circuit boards.

I'd say this feller needs to go to a repair shop. They will also be able to check the switches/buttons to be sure they are working ok. A Clean, Lube, Adjust might be in order by now anyway.

Can i change the model T101P3 timer from 110 to 220?

1) Yes. Change clock motor from WG1570 to WG1573
Wiring is same as T102 timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html#T102
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-replace-Intermatic-clock-motor.html

2) If new pump motor is 2-speed, then converted T101P3 cannot handle 2-speed pump.
Use T106 timer, or T1906 timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html#2-speed
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T1906-Intermatic-timer.html#pool

3) New T106 or T1906 timer mechanism will snap into T103P enclosure without changing boxes.
Any intermatic timer will snap into Intermatic enclosure.
Other brands of timer can adapt to Intermatic enclosure using Tork IAP adapter bracket.

Wiring diagram sunsmart. I am replaceing a timer swithch of a differnt brand. I have a single pole installation, but the power enters the fixture and then comes to the switch. The diagram in the box...

Sounds like you have the GE sunsmart timer, and are wiring the timer for single-pole.
Following information does not apply to 3-way timer wiring.
Add a comment if you have different timer.

Start with previous timer:
The previous timer was connected to two wires: Hot wire and Load wire.
Hot wire carries power from circuit breaker.
Load wire connects to fan, light, or motor.

How to wire Sunsmart:
1) Only one wire in the electrical box is Hot. That wire is usually black. Connect black Hot wire to timer-black wire.
2) Load wire connects to timer-blue wire.
3) Timer-red wire is capped off for single-pole wiring.
4) Timer-green wire connects to bare copper wire.
5) Timer-white wire connects to Neutral wire. This will power the timer electronics. The previous timer probably had a battery to power timer electronics. Neutral wires are white wires that are twisted together and covered with wire nut and pushed to back of box.
6) If box does not have Neutral wires, then connect timer-white wire to bare copper ground wire until neutral wire can be run from any nearby outlet box.
7) Try the timer, and if timer does not work, then reverse timer-blue and timer-black.

How do I connect wiring and do programming for P1353 timer for my 2 speed pool pump? Thanks,

P1353 is a very complicated for beginner.
Open following link for manual: P1353 starts on Page 25
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Intermatic-P1353-manual.pdf

Following steps are general introduction.
You can add a comment about specific steps.

1) Select timer voltage: see page 26 manual
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/P1353-voltage-selection-100.jpg
Timer can control 120V or 240V circuits.
P13553 default voltage for clock motor is 240V.
If circuit breaker that supplies power to timer is 240V, then no change is needed.
If circuit breaker that supplies power to timer is 120V, then change jumper on back of timer to 120.
Timer mechanism snaps out of box using thumb spring located top inside box.

2) Wiring
Open link to see general wiring for P1353:
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/P1353-timer-350.jpg
-Bare ground wires connect to green screw

-Line wires are power wires from circuit breaker.
For example Line wires are 240Volt, and there is 1 black wire and 1 white
Black connects to terminal 1
White connects to terminal 2
Add a jumper wire (short piece of same-gauge wire) from terminal 1 to terminal 3
Add a second jumper wire from terminal 3 to terminal 5
This will put power to clock motor and put power to switches

-Load wires go to 2-speed pump: see wiring diagram page 28
There are 3 Load wires for 2-speed pump: Usually these wires are: Black for speed-1, Red for speed-2, and White
Black speed-1 connects to terminal 6
Red speed-2 connects to terminal 4
White motor wire connects to terminal 2 to complete circuit to motor.

3) Programming.
-Manual shows specific programming starting on page 27.
Timer has 3 circuits. Each circuit is independent of other circuit, making this a 3-channel timer.

-Select different MODES when programming timer
Select MODE 2: circuit 1 and circuit 2 will never be ON at same time, which is intended for 2-speed pump operation.

-Programming steps start on page 30 where you select MODE 2
Actual programming steps are straightforward

-Add a comment if you have difficulties and I will answer.
Also contact Intermatic directly if you encounter a glitch:

Delay in video. is there a way to fix this? Is thi sdone through video filter/ frame rate? tks

hi,
Some of the cheaper web cams are only capturing 15 frames per second (FPS) or less, whereas better web cams can capture 30 FPS and a larger picture too.Visit the website of the manufacturer of your webcam and see the details of that camera. It's possible you can increase the speed some through your camera settings. Look for your camera's icon in your Control Panel or in your Device Manager section and check your settings.just needed to change fps and the back lighting. <3

Film doesn't develop

check your camer without film:

1). open the back, use different combinations of film speeds, shutter speeds and apartures. if you can see light coming in from the lens, no matter how little light and how fast.
2). check that film advances or not. if you camera detects film and loads automatically, insert any expired film cassette, or badly developed film and roll it back into cassette.
3). send it for service if either one or both gives you an answer of "N".

What is the rate of continuous advance?

The speed is selectable from 3 types at the continuous advance. Continuous advance: Single shot AF: max. 1.8 fps (live view and anti-shake are activated for each frame. TIFF image cannot be taken), continuous AF: max. 1.9 fps (live view, AF, AE, anti-shake are activated for each frame. TIFF image cannot be taken.) Hi-Speed continuous advance: max. 2.7 fps (Anti-shake is activated for each frame. AF, AE, WB, and live view are fixed at the first frame. TIFF image cannot be taken.) UHS continuous advance: 7 fps. (Image size is fixed at 640x480. AF, AE, and WB are fixed at the first frame. TIFF and RAW image cannot be taken. Digital zoom disabled.) Actual speed may vary depending on the subjects and shooting conditions. * Three frames can be taken continuously in normal and Hi continuous mode. *In UHS mode, the images can be taken as much as possible to the limitation of the storage capacity. For reference, STD: 180 frames, FINE: 160 frames, X. FINE: 100 frames (approx.).
