Question about Cell Phones
Hi,the PUK code is the and "personal unlocking key" code which is generated specifically for your sim card by your service provider. The puk code can be found in your sim certificate, which comes with your sim pack when you purchased the phone,However,if you don't have the sim pack, you can call your service provider and request for your PUK code, which will be given to you for free, just provide a proof of ownership of your sim card.
Thanks and take care
