7 blink error is 8.6 volt error usually tied to y main board. would advise to disconnect y main from power supply and verify vs voltage. if vs is present replace y main and general protocol is to replace y upper and lower buffers as well as they complete circuit

Check the power board for capacitors with the tops bulged up. They are 3300uf 10v. There are either 2 or 4 of them depending on your set.

The power supply board it is the causes and the problems.That the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.Try website like Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
