Question about Olympus SP-350 Digital Camera
When I try to transfer pics to my pc, the camera say ONE MOMENT - and nothing happens. If I go ahead and hit transfer on the PC, it says it can not find my camera??? Thanks for your help
I had the same problem with my new Olympus FE330 camera. It turned out that the cable wasn't pushed in completely into the camera! It was in far enough for the camera to detect that I'd plugged the cable into the computer so it brought up the "One Moment" message but not far in enough to do anything else.

I work as a Olympus DTS Agent. It sounds like your cable is bad or your Port on your camera is bad. One tip that I can recommend other then calling us at tech Support 1-888-553-4448 is be sure you are always plugging camera in through a usb port on the back of the computer.
