Cant remember my e mail address to log in to face book

try going to the website Welcome to Facebook Log In Sign Up or Learn More and click on "log in" there they ask for an E- mail address or a phone number. You can put your phone number and click on " forgot password" . Then follow the instruction. This way has worked for me. Hope it works for you.

Change Your Password

You may have log in on to face book with another device and didn't log off with the same device, and then you used a second device to access your face book but you cant log off with that second device because the first device is still connected.


You have to retrace your steps and revisit the people you had contact with and remember what devices you used to access your face book.

What is the exact message that you get?

you will be able to get your confirmation code in the e mail address that you give when you sign up for face book. As you can see, upon signing in for a facebook account, you were asked for your e mail address, right? so check your confirmation code on that e mail address so you can log in to facebook.

hi, when you open the account with face book it asks you to enter an email address now this is the email address you use every day then what facebook do is send an email to the address you gave them when you registered with a link in it you then need to go to your email in box and click on the message then click on the link in the message, this will then take you back to face book and you should then have no problems using face book from then on.

if you cant remember the email address you gave them you need to try opening a new account with an email address that you do use.

.........when you sign into fb.........just above the area where you sign in your password........you will see........ "forgot your password"
....click that and follow the directions..........you will have to remember the email address you used in order to open the fb account..........good luck

have you signed up? Once you have signed up, simply enter the e-mail address you used in signing up for face book like wise password.

In case you have not signed up, find sign up on the site.

If you can not login to your Face Book you can try cant sign in and type in your e-mail address and open your e-mail account and a message will open with instructions and a link to change for a new password or just type in your old password you had and you can
