Umax actionbook stuck in hibernation??

this laptop was working great for being so old, my grandkids got ahold of it and pushed all the buttons, now it wont boot and on the display screen there is the sliver moon pic, and i have tried a few things with no luck. it is running but wont boot into win or run any software?

try hitting ctrl+alt+del and then going to the processes tab and ending all instances of explorer.exe

you can also run a new process in there (go to File--> New Task...) and type in explorer.exe
