Question about Kenwood Excelon KAC-X811D Car Audio Amplifier
The amp pops when I turn the car on and then this message flashes. Every now and then it works just fine. How can I fix?
According to the manual, error code 02 is displayed when there is DC on the speaker outputs (which should normally never happen). Unless one of the speaker wires is touching +12V or ground, the issue is probably inside the amp itself and will need repair.
