Question about Western Digital Elements powered by WD 320 GB External USB (WDE1U3200N) Hard Drive
Download TweakUI from Microsoft Powertoys.
After installing it, open TweakUI> My Computer>Autoplay>Drives.
You'll find all possible drive letters. Check all to enable autoplay option whichever the drive letter will be.
Under Autoplay>Types, check that the "Enable Autoplay for removable drives" is checked.
You can configure what options you get in the popup, in the Autoplay>Handlers.
Hope that helps.
