hi, my cd/dvd rom on my computer play the song slowly and i heard a pop like if the cd or dvd movie is broke. I transfert it on another computer and it play well. I had disanntall the pilot and search for an update but it's still not work. A technician told me that the problem can depend from the power supply or from the connection on the motherboard.
