i have pc with vista ultimate 64 bit edition but i cant get it to rcognise my vivicam 7100s to transfer pics to pc

Your best bet would be to buy a cheap SD card reader and use that to transfer pics. Your camera probably is not supported by windows vista. (let alone vista x64)

In the control panel for scanners and camers it says my camera is working properly but I can not find my camera any where? So I cant down load my pictures. have vista the camera is kodakdc200 plus
