Shuts off on its own after a short running time

You more than likely have a high temp sensor opening up the circuit when it reaches its limit. It would have to cool down to close again. Either that high temp sensor is bad or your heater is getting too hot.

Runs for about 1-1/2 hours (on either lo or hi) and shuts off. will not restart. try again in the morning and it starts... want to return as it's the first time to use and it doesn't work!!!!

heater has an oxigen sensor,if it i used in a small closed room and oxigen levels are getting low, heater will shut off for safety reason. Try to open doors or windows for a while and see if heater restarts.

Heater shuts off , it shuts down after a minute or two looks like low flame and its blue in color i do hear a popping sound when it shut off

The heater thermostat senor for this heater could be bad or indicating a abnormal temperture shutting it down. You might want to return item if still under warranted
