'left' or 'volume down' function appears to be

Toshiba'l 26AV52U
'left' or 'volume down' function appears to be stuck on. When the unit is powered, the volume bar is on, indicating zero. Pressing up on the volume sends intermittent signal, competing with whatever the problem is. Tried removing batteries from all remotes. Blocked the remote signal receiver, and problem persisted, indicating problem with the unit. Tried the reset function (hold power for five sec) and problem persisted. Cannot reset factory settings, when the menu is opened, it scrolls left consistently through the categories due to the issue (no settings can be changed due to this).

The volume down button on front of TV is stuck down or the switch is bad.

Testimonial: "Indeed that turned out to be the problem. It was my parents' TV, and they said they never even pressed the buttons on the unit. Luckily, it was still under Costco's free extended warranty."

I have a iphone 8GB and is on silent seen nd i don't know how to remove it on silent? pls can u tell me want to do?

To enable/disable the silent feature on an iPhone, simply look to the left-side of the phone. There will be 2 buttons there:
1. A small, switch that goes left/right. 2. A longer longer that can be pressed up/down.
Button #1 is the silent toggle switch. Moving it to the left enables silent-mode; to the right disables silent-mode.
Button #2 is the volume adjustment button which will raise the volume if pressed up and decrease the volume if pressed down.
Note: If you press the volume bottom down all the way, the handset will mute itself. When using the volume button, a volume indicator will appear on-screen to indicate how loud/quiet the phone is. If there are no white bars present on the indicator scale, then the iPhone is muted. Press up on the volume button a few times to increase the volume and disable mute.

I am having same problem on 32 inch same problem. After playing with board with no results,I tried front buttons and found that if I held the power button in ever so slighItly as not to turn it off, it fixed problem which is the micro on/off switch, I removed the switch and used the remote and everything is back to normal, I am about to insall a used micro switch after I finish typing this but I am sure this will clear up volume problen and menu going crazy problem if not I will just leave micro switch out and use the remote, and I will get back to this board only if that micro switch still causes the problem, so if I don't post in next hour the problem is fixed and I'm more than glad to help.
