You can't actually remove it, it's a core part of any OS - you probably uninstall it. If you have done a full reboot and it hasn't been automatically reinstalled then something is preventing that.
First probability is that it has something to do with Kasperski - disconnect your internet link, disable Kasperski and shutdown the pc. Wait one minute and start it up again .
If even now it doesn't work then option 2 - you might have a "ghost" of the incorrectly installed keyboard hanging around that prevents the system from
re-installing it correctly. Reenable Kasperski and try this:
- open a Command window
- type:
  set devmgr_ show_nonpresent_devices=1
press Enter
- type:
press Enter (Device Manager opens up) and don't close the Command window
- in Device Manager go to the View Menu and check Show Hidden Devices. Now have a look and see what you have under Keyboards. If you see, as well as your current keyboard, a grayed-out "ghost" of the Microsoft keyboard, delete the ghost and OK your way out.
Shut down system, plug in the Microsoft keyboard and boot, and hopefully Windows will detect it; check in Device Manager when you reach your desktop. If it's a USB keyboard, you may need to unplug it and plug it in again once Windows is running to make the system notice it.

Please, help me! I am 67 years old! I need urgently: Driver for a standard keyboard (101/102 keys), or PS/2 Keyboard Microsoft Natural(version 5.1.2600.2180) Microsoft Windows Component Publisher ...

You don't need a driver for a keyboard. You may also consider plugging in a usb full keyboard to your laptop. These are plug and play and will work right away

The number keys doesn.t work properly: `1 `1 2(f1) 3 54 54 67 67 =8 9 -0 -0 =8.. that should be: ` 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 - =

Sound's like dust is the issues here, so you will need to remove the keys that you are having trouble with or all keys to be on the safe side, once removed get a damp cloth and clean the keyboard where the keys once were and while your doing that soak the keys in some water to clean them up and dry them when done. Put keys back into place and test keys to see if problem as gone or not. Hope this helps.

Keyboard's keys sometimes don't respond

It is not a driver it is a keyboard that is having troubles itself unfortunately, you can try to find new one on eBay since that ones printed wires sort of are broken. What happens is that your keyboard pops out a little and disconnects some letters so you need to press in the middle to get it back to work, the same thing was happening to previous one.
