Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I don't believe in any speed optimizer. Once you computer enters the slow-cow syndrome, nothing will speed it up - just as you can't speed up a slow cow.. Clean it, defrag it, check for malware but expectation to speed it is ZERO.
In most cases all you can do is live with it till you can, then backiup your data and reinstall windows

There are many issues that could slow a system down including programs and processes that start when Windows starts that are hidden in the background..Lets start with the easiest first... Go to WWW.IOBIT.COM > Downloads and download/install and run ADVANCED SYSYEM CARE Free edition.. It will clean optimize and speed up your pc. I can receive but not send e-mail using cox.net from my blackjack II.

Check your server settings.
Your Incoming server should be pop.xxx.cox.net
Your outgoing server should be smtp.xxx.cox.net.

The "xxx" is dependent upon the Cox region in which your email account is based.

For example, I am in VA so my incoming server is pop.east.cox.net. Check your Cox account for the exact settings

Ican not send emails

You will have to change your outgoing mail (SMTP) in Outlook/Express or whatever email client you use to (Cox).

For Arizona it should be:
Cox West outgoing mail server: smtp.west.cox.net

Your current setting is probably:
mail.mchsi.com

Or try checking "My Outgoing Server Requires Authorization". Then you should be able to keep you current setting.
