The height-adjustable seat back of my chair tends to fall down, as if it is too loose. Is there an adjustment to tighten this?

The "softness" is similar to shock absorbers in your car. They get tired with time. Most likely you will need to replace those parts. Or a lightly used replacement may be more cost effective.

Loola up front wheel not swiveling

Hi,
The swivel mechanism on the Loola Up front wheels is controlled by a wire which runs up inside the chassis. If your wheel is locked and you're unable to move the swivel button it would indicate this wire has come off its fixings inside. To repair this, we would need the chassis to be sent to our engineers for inspection / repair work.

Does the quinny dreami fit onto the maxi-cosi loola pushchair? If so is the same adaptors that would be used for the maxi-cosi car seat?

Hi

No the Quinny Dreami is not compatible with any Maxi Cosi chassis.

The Quinny Dreami can only be used safely with Quinny Buzz or Quinny Speedi chassis.

For the Maxi Cosi Loola chassis you should use the Maxi Cosi carrycot only.

Open up carefully.
Something came loose on the ground cables or the chassis inside.
Tighten screws, check cables, and connectors.
