Question about Kyocera Mita KM-3035 All-In-One Laser Printer
I am trying to print from a mac to this machine. Since enabling the AccountID logging ability (needed for copier function) we can't print from the mac, since the driver seems to not offer the Administrator Login/Job Accounting options that the Windows Drivers seem to offer. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling driver to no avail.
What MAC OS are you using? I don't remember for OS 9 and earlier but if you are using OS X I can help you out. First make sure you are using the latest version of the print driver. When you open a document to print and select the Kyocera printer you will see the print dialog box. You need to look under the printer specific options to find the job accounting. I believe it is under set 2.
