1.Download Windows Password Recovery from Password Seeker Official site

2.Decompress the Windows password Recovery Tool and note that there is an .ISO image file. Burn the image file onto an blank CD with the burner freely supported by Password Seeker.

3.Insert the newly created CD into the locked computer and re-boot it from the CD drive.

4.After launched the CD, a window pop up with all your account names(if you have several accounts) select one of the accounts that you have forgotten its password to reset it. Just one press, you have Crack windows password.

All the above are great suggestions, if you actually know the password, but since the problem is that, the password has been forgotten/hacked or whatever, my suggestion is this neat program(password reset) from PasswordSeeker, it lets you reset/delete user passwords, it is a legal app. and very useful, i've used it on a few PC's including my own and it works, http://www.passwordreset.org

If you don't remember the password then you need to perform a parallel installation of new OS (if you have any important data which you can't afford to loose). Retreive your personal data and do a clean installation.
