Mesage "replace black cartridge" 2 cartridges tried no change.remove all cartridges and drun module cleaned and inspect no obvious problem seen, re install all units cleaning cylce in service menu done. still no change
If you've tried 2 black cartridges and you cleaned/aligned them then I think the black cartridge bay is likely malfunctioning. This doesn't sound like a driver/PC issue to me, but something physically wrong with the printer. You could try a local printer repair service
Did you update your printer drivers just for giggles?
