Your problem is software related, install the software you recieved with your phone, then do a software update via the software, takes about 2/ hours,
* Do not remove your simcard while updating
* Make sure it is fully charged
* Do not recieve or make any calls while updating, (in other words use a simcard of the same service provider which is new and has not been used by any one,
