I need to repair

The Chain being loose can be caused by not having enough tension on it. The owners manual will explain how to put the tension on your chain and properly maintain them.

What type of bar chain oil should I use

For spring/summer use, you can use Motomaster ("spring/summer") or Stihl "medium" chain oil. If you use in very cold winter condition, you need thinner oil, specifically made for it.

What type of oil does my black and decker chainsaw GK1635T need

The chain lubrication should be a non fling chain oil, the non fling addative helps to keep the oil on the bottom of the bar where most cutting is done, rathere than spraying off the end of the bar.

I do not have a manual.... I can't adjust the tension. It looks like I have too much chain, the screw is as tight as I can get it. Help!! I have a Cordless Chain Saw, model CCS818 TYPE 1.

the bar should also raise and lower when you apply tension onto the blade - one way or the other it shoudl allow you to tighten the blade.,.. If it is still loose after that, you may be more safe to grab a new blade if this is from wear or use.
Also another fyi: If you get these blades hot and too tight, when they cool, they can warp your bar... I always loosen the chain on mine (per owners manual) immediately after use so it will not do any damage when it cools down..
Did you try to find an owners manual at black and decker dot com?
Best regards

How do you adjust the tension in the black and decker 16 inch electric chain saw. The chain is too loose...

UNPLUG THE CHAINSAW. if it's got a bolt or two on the right hand side loosen them, then turn the adjuster screw next to the bar until you have about 1/4 inch slack in the chain. tighten nut/nuts. if it's got tool-less adjustment loosen the cover bolt, turn the tensioner, tighten the cover bolt.

On the front of the chainsaw under or on side the blade you will see a screw that is inside the cover. Loosen the one or two nuts that hold the cover and blade on just a little. Then turn the screw I talked about clockwise and you should feel the tension adjusting on the blade. If you do not you may have some broken pieces and further inspection is necessary.
