Hi,

These error codes indicate that the product has an internal error condition.

  • Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product.
  • Remove the cartridges from the product.
  • Wait for the 'Insert Cartridges' message to display on the control panel.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.
  • Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.
  • If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
  • Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the product, and then try printing again.
Reply back; If the issue still exist.

I have an HP D7360 printer. I receive the error code 0xc05d2281. can you help?


I have a HP Photosmart C6180 All-in-One printer. When I try to print I get error code Oxc05d2281 on the printer scren. I have replaced all the carriages with new one. Please tell me how to fix this problem.

Error HP Photosmart 3310. No strart print, no scanning...


I have a Photosmart C6180 all in one and get an error message 0xc18a0101 Ink System has failed. Unable to copy, receive faxes or print. Refer to printer documentation. Error: 0xc18a101.

I put new cartridges in and tried to recalibrate as mentioned by someone on the board. Can anyone help, please?
