Question about Bose (321GS) System
I have a Bose 321 system in my motor home and the DVD will not eject, any suggestions ?
The dvd system is built around a pc style dvd rom drive. You can remove the top cover by prying the back center up and sliding the cover back then off. Remove the metal bracket that holds the drive in place and then remove the drive. the front tray cover should pop off as you remove the drive. There is a eject hole in the front that if you put a paper clip into it will release the tray. That way you can get your dvd back. I refurbish these drives and I may have one for sale. Contact me if you would like to send the unit in to me i can complete the repair for 85.00 Bose does offer a repair service if you call them at 1-800-999 2673
