Question about LG WM1814CW Front Load Washer
You have a stuck cold water solenoid valve.
Try openning the machine and tap on the cold solenoid valve.
If this dowes not work, you may have to replace the valve.

It is possible that the water solenoid is stuck open, sometimes they can be cleaned and yet sometimes they will need to be replaced
