Question about DeLonghi PAC C120 Portable Air Conditioner
Just installed a brand new PAC C120 following all of the instructions in the installation guide. there are no kinks in exhaust hose. When I turn on the unit the FT full tank light comes on and the unit won't start. There is no water in the tank, since the unit has never operated yet.
Remove the tank if it is removable and see if you can determine how it is sensing the tank level. Maybe it's a float switch that is stuck or maybe it works by the weight of the tank. Either way your problem will be with whatever senses the tank level.
