first we have to check if the device is detected by the PC if yes...then u need to add the device first and then only u can transfer files....also need to make sure that the bluetooth in ur handset is in discoverable mode...then go to bluetooth places and add the device...once added u will be able to trf files...

If the phone memory is full u cant get files thru bluetooth, even u set bluetooth memory as memory card. so clear your phone memory and try it again. the files u r recieving thru bluetooth is temporarly stored in phone memory till the full file is recieved and after recieving it is automatically transfered to memory card if u set bluetooth memory as memory card. even i faced the same problem, now its working

i cannot delete paired device for my bluetooth. i cannot transfer data from any pc to my phone and from my phone to any other bluetooth device. my phone is samsung corby pro GT-B531

Actually s3310 is slim and loaded with all facilities like mp3,Bluetooth and many more."We cannot change the default memory storage to memory card".I tested in all ways.
When the Bluetooth is on,we can transfer files only to phone and not to memory card.
If you want to transfer files with 1 gigabytes size,you have to split it up and transfer to phone and then to memory card.

Hi,
1. Just activate the bluetooth in your mobile.
2. Put your bluetooth headset in discovery mode (for this you may need to press the ON button in your headset for more no. of secs around 15 secs) . Please read the user manual of your bluetooth headset to know about how to put it in discovery mode.
3. After that, search for bluetooth devices in your samsung mobile.
4. your headset should be detected in your mobile. If not, still your bluetooth headset is not in discoverable mode. you have to turn it on and try again.
5. If listed in your mobile, select it and it may ask for Passcoe. Provide 0000 as passcode. Thats all now the bluetooth headset is connected to your mobile. If passcode is not accepted, then please do refer the device manual to know about that.

In order to transfer your videos to your computer or vice versa. You have following few options:-
1. Wifi - If your PC is having a bluetooth dongle or your laptop is having a bluetooth then you can pair your mobile through your pc or laptop and transfer your files through bluetooth.
2. Media. In order to transfer files without wifi you require a media that could be a usb cable connecting your phone to your pc or laptop. No additional softwares will be required if on connecting a popup is coming on your mobile asking you through which instance it should connect. Select data transfer mode and you can use your phone memory or your data card on your phone just like a pen drive. You can browse and copy whatever you like.

sir the file you are trying to transfer may not be compatible with your handset.try to transfer the files that are compatible and you will not see he message of file not supported.compatible files can be .mp3 for songs and .jpg for images.
