Question about Toshiba TEC B-572 Printer
When printing thermal tags on plastic rolled tag stock, I am continually getting the 'print jam' I follow the intructions to recalibrate, I re-load the stock, I turn off then back on the printer, I clear the que, it may clear and runa bit or I may have to re-do the processes several times. Either way the 'fix' never lasts long.
ALso-oothere is a new high pitched whirring sound as I print that didn't used to be there.
Also-I do not know what the forward and backward sensor knob on the bottom is for.
The purpose of the knob if to change the position of the sensor. If you look at the sensor when turning the knob you'll find out that it moves forward (towards you) or backwards (away from you) This should allow you to place the sensor at the correct position. Further more, there are two holes on the plastic flag. the hole nearer to you is the transmissive sensor and the other is for reflective. Try to place the sensor at the correct position.
