Sorry, but unless you state the exact make and model of tv and whether you get the same fault on all sources available to you (e.g. video, dvd, satellite etc.) then it's impossible to help you.Sorry, but unless you state the exact make and model of tv and whether you get the same fault on all sources available to you (e.g. video, dvd, satellite etc.) then it's impossible to help you.

Try this first. If your tv is connected to a DVD player, use it first. It should not say “no signal”. If there is a good picture with dvd on, the problem is with your antenna wire. Move and extend your antenna or put one on.
I would think that someone, somehow has hit the TV screen with something. My TV screen has a black line going across the middle horizontally and it intersects with a colored line going down the side vertically. Wher the 2 lines intersect is where it was shot with a bb.
If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Line, faults & possible causes to LCD & Plasma TV screen are given with illustrations. You can get an idea about the fault to an extent.
Unfortunately, if it's a black line that covers what is being displayed on the screen, no matter which game you insert, it will not go away. The screen has been damaged and V-Tech says it cannot be repaired. My 2 children have Mobigos and both of them have damaged the screens now to where there is so much black that they can't even be played... waste of $!
I had this happen a few times, then after a while it stoped working all together. In the end I was getting the E74 message code appear when I turned on my xbox 360.
You'll probley get this happen with yours soon, the E74 code means theres a problem with your visual display.
Sometimes it can be as simple as changing your HD Lead or scart lead, whatever your using. If you know someone else with a xbox try theirs.
If this doesn't work you'll have to send it off to mircosoft, it will be free if your still under warrenty, if not I think it's about £100+
Or you could go on www.cd24-7.co.uk and buy one of their DIY kits.
