antenna cover can be removed quite easily by applying some duct tape on it and by slowly but firmly pulling the cover in the direction of the dock port
remove the three screws that are holding the cover in place
now the tricky part: remove the back plate by loosening it from both sides. recommend getting a spudger, most spudgers for electronic devices will do. disconnect the cable that wires the backplate's button with the motherboard. you should now have access to the on and off button. bulge the dentation, maybe dent the button and it should be as good as new.
You can't. sell it or trade in for new one.

i dropped my iphone and the on/off button in stuck inside the phone so i cant press it.. all the screen is doing is flashing the little apple sign then going blank every 3 seconds. HELP ME!!
