Question about Philips 60PP9202 60" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
Your CRT cooling water is probably fogged. Happens to these guys all the time. Check the lens from behind the set to see which one is not clear. It's possible to replace the fluid with instructions and a kit.

This unit is known for coolant contamination. Does the picture look like the blue is smeared? If so, you need to have the Glycol changed in the lens coupler. This is not a job I would define as a DIY. If you get it wrong, coolant will leak and drip down into your TV.. ruining it. You should seek professional service work to correct this problem. If, you are just seeing an over-all reduction in clarity, you should pull the back off and reach up inside to clean the 3 lenses. You may need to remove a light blocking panel to access them.
