Water is not spraying on top rack

Assuming the rotating assembly comes out when you slide out the top rack:
Verify the nozzle mates correctly when the top rack is slid back in
Verify the holes in the rotating assembly are clear and open
You can remove the rotating assembly and pour some water into the nozzle to see if water comes out of the holes in the rotating assembly. Perhaps you have something plugging the nozzle.
If the holes are plugged, there is a product that you can put into the dishwasher to clean it - Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, and many grocery stores here in the states sell the stuff.

The Motor Controller has been unable to start the motor. Possible causes of this
fault are: Faulty motor harness, faulty or jammed motor, seized bearings or seals,
faulty Motor Controller module, faulty Rotor Position Sensor or harness.
Primary Source: Wiring.
Measure / check the motor harness, connectors and motor for discontinuity. This
can be done by taking a resistance measurement between phases of the motor
harness at the Motor Controller module end. Nominal resistance should be around
12.2 ohm for Phase 2,3 & Phase 4. For Phase 5 and 6 onwards the nominal
resistance should be around 32 ohms.
Secondary Source: Motor.
1) Check free rotation of the agitator and basket by rotating by hand. Bearings
and seals may be seized.
2) Check the Rotor Position Sensor and associated harness for water,
mechanical damage or corrosion.
Tertiary Source: Motor Controller module.
If the primary and secondary checks pass inspection then replace the Motor
Controller module.

What is the code you get and which lights are flashing when this happens? This is important because I suspect you have a low rotation issue to the motor and it does not see or sense water in the drawer. If so, you should get a F2 fault. I need more information to assist you correctly. Please get back to me and I will help you or lead you in the right direction.

Hi, I have an ASKO 1253 which is working fine except that the rotors aren't spinning anymore. I have taken the trays out and the rotors off to check for blockages/obstructions but they are fine. I...

When you refer to rotors, are you talking about the spray arm that circulate water? If you have no water movement within the dishwasher, this unit has 2 motors, one for wash mode and the other for drain. If the unit drains but would not wash, I would think the wash motor/circulating pump has failed or jammed. The only was to see if the motor is jammed is to manually rotate the motor from the back of the unit. There are vent fins that you can safely rotate to see if the motor was jammed, if after rotating the motor the unit fails to run, need to replace circulation pump.

I hope this helps.

Hi I have a DD603 F & P dish drawer. I had an F2 fault, found the rotor motor seized. I've replaced that but F2 still comes up & the water doesn't drain away. Any ideas?

Before we talk about water not draining away, can you confirm if the wash arms rotate during the wash cycle. The rotor works as a wash pump and drain pump depending on which cycle it is in.

If F2 keeps coming then it is also likely there is some debris in the rotor cavity which is grinding on the rotor. But one needs to be sure if F2 is coming up only in drain cycle or is it already on during wash cycle.

Dishwasher Not washiig properly suspect upper spray arm is

the most common problem is low water pressure.when you start the dishwasher check the amonut of water in the bottom of the dishwasher there should be about an inch of water in the bottom.
if needed add some more water to the unit and see what happens this can determine if the fill valve is bad,or the control board.if the unit washes change the fill valve or check your water pressure,if there is no change then the main wash motor needs to be change because it is not putting enough water through the system to properly wash.

Low water

if your car is a bmw, and you are talking about the washer fluid reservoir, check the pump that attaches to the hoses which go to the nozzles on your hood, it may need a little rotation while applying inward pressing to make it fit if there is a leak. If your car is equipped with headlight washers check that the actuators are intact and that the tubes are in place, there is only one inlet for each device including the nozzles so it will be obvious which tube goes where.

I don't think I am getting enough water to appropriately wash.

this is correct, the machine will only fill the clithes to a saturation point and not much more part that at all, as the cycle progresses and more water is needed it will addd accordingly, yo have an extremely efficient machine there!!!1/3 the water and 1/2 the electric of conventional top loading washers

riff...not sure what the bits are...first, they may be food crumbs or the like. Dishwashers have macerators to grind up food particles but they have no really good way to get rid of them in the wash cycle. Scrape plates of any solids before loading them. If the material is shaped like water droplets, you may have hard water stains. Use Jet Dri or a cleaning product which claims to help and use the amount specified. Your water temp may be should be 125F or better. If you can run the hot tap and put your hand under isn't hot enough. You can also use the heated water setting to deal with this.
