Check to make sure that the adaptor can see the channel that the live box is running at, as there are three diferent channels. A, B, G, and N. Also make sure that the adaptor can accept that channel.

Do the dell xp monitor 8110 have wireless

It won't have a wireless connection built into the computer. You'll have to purchase a separate dongle for a wireless connection. You can pick up a wireless adapter for around $30 USD.

My built in wireless is not working.

There may be button that switches on wireless on the keyboard or on the side of the machine.

Also try the FN key plus the correct Fkey with the wireless symbol

Girlfriend has new aspire one we are trying to connect to home wireless network on orange with a live box acer was set up to someone else's network we can get it to see livebox on acer but will not connect...

You need too set up a totally new network.goto networks, click setup new network and follow the instructions. You will need the password for the livebox and more than likely need to call your network provider. If you have a desktop pc in the building its probably easier to set up a Home network

I have a PC(XP) connected to an Ornge Livebox; also a laptop with wireless connection to the Livebox, both working OK. How do I arrange for the laptop to use my Printer which is connected to the PC?

you have to enable printer sharing in the printers and faxes winsow pane. THen on the laptop go to the same pane and add a new printer, but select a network/LAN printer instead of a locally attached printer. THat should be all you need, just click through the prompts that come up and let it install any drivers it needs and you should be up and running.
