Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
It sounds to me like one of the smart keys on the screen side of the phone is sticking or stuck,there are 4 screws (very tiny) that hold the back cover on the screen,you can remove them and carefully snap the cover open,make shure the battery is removed ,then use a good electronic cleaner or better yet a can of air that is used for cleaning a computer,try and clean the buttons and the switches inside.. i hope that works for you

Yes Tickets1 is right about the problem and how to make it work, but in rare case, the cabinet (Mobile Body) also makes this problem when it isn't fit with. If several keys are just typing themselves automatically, you can try changing the cabinet, if in case Ticket1's isn't solve this problem.. Good luck...
