D620 bad battery causing freeze

Original or replacement battery? Replace battery, or, Contact Dell Support, if it's a fault or recall on the specific battery, it would be noted at Dell. There has been battery recalls, in the past, that were fire hazzards. I don't know if your battery applies? This issue COULD be dangerous, if left unattended.

My hp Compaq nc 6320 suddenly freezes in the middle of a program or usage. nothing work. i end up pressing the power button to turn it off. what can help?

Sounds like your on an older HP laptop. There are many reasons why your computer is freezing up. See below.
1. Too Much "Stuff"' - Your computer might be running to many programs, and that is causing a problem. I would suggest running ccleaner (google this and you will find a program to download). That can take of a few issues. Run the cleaner and do the Register scanner.
2. You might have a bad or corrupt program that you are running. If the same program or application your running keeps locking up your computer, then I would suggest re-installing or removing that program.
3. Virus - You might have a virus on your system that is causing a problem with some application and that would cause your computer to freeze. I would suggest using malwarebytes (google it) to see if you have an infection on your system.
4. Bad Hardware - If your memory stick(s) are bad, then your system can freeze randomly. It is difficult for a user to test for this problem without some know how. I would suggest googling how to test your computer memory to understand how to troubleshoot this problem, if this is indeed the case.

Good Luck.

Replaced the compressor on my 2001 suburban and the lines keep freezing up disconnected the battery poles and relay switch and it worked fine now it is still freezing what is the problem

If you did not pull a vacuum on the system, then moisture will freeze in the metering device and cause freeze up. All systems once opened must be evacuated before recharging. Harbor freight sells a neat little vacuum pump for doing this as well as
gauges. You may also be able to rent them at the parts store. Hope this helps.

Help with gps interferanccce

GPS SYSTEMS HAVE A TENDENCY TO LOSE CONNECTIVITY TO SATILLITES BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER, CLOUD COVER, TUNNEL ENTRANCE, BAD OR NO POWER, BATTERY LIFE HAS BEEN EXPENDED, HAZARD OF ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE TO GPS SYSTEMS, AND IMPROPER VEHICLE MOUNTING AND HAND HELD POSITION. FREE SOLUTIONS 1. ALWAYS PLACE YOUR GPS DEVICE IN THE UPPERMOST PORTION OF YOUR VEHICLE SO THAT THE GPS SIGNAL MAY EASILY LOCATE YOUR DEVICE EVEN WHEN THE WEATHER IS BAD 2. KEEP YOUR BATTERY CHARGED ONLY WHEN IT NEEDS IT MOST AND AVOID CHARGING OFTEN 3. IF YOU OVERCHARGE YOUR GPS DEVICE, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE BATTERY LEAKAGE, WHICH CAN EAT AWAY AT YOUR CLOTHING, DESTROY YOUR DEVICE IN SECONDS, AND CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE SEATS 4. YOUR GPS DEVICE HAS A TENDENCY TO FREEZE BECAUSE OF THE SIM AND MEMORY CHIPS LOCATED WITHIN IT 5. YOU CAN FIX THE FREEZING PROBLEM BY REMOVING THE SIM CHIP AND MEMORY CHIP AND RESTARTING YOUR SYSTEM 6. OTHER FREEZE PROBLEMS OCCUR BECAUSE THE DEVICE IS COLD WHEN IT IS KEPT IN THE VEHICLE AND CHIP CREEK OCCURS WHERE THE DEVICES MICROCHIPS BECOME LOOSE AND TIGHTEND BECAUSE OF WARM AND COLDER AIR FLUCTUATIONS. IT IS BEST TO KEEP THE DEVICE IN A PURSE OR ON A TABLE WHERE IT IS NOT SUBJECT TO CONSTANT TEMP. CHANGE

White smoke exhaust .

this is usually caused by anti freeze getting into combustion chamber. a blown head gasket will cause this. check the oil and see if anti freeze is getting in it. if its in oil you will see water droplets on oil stick. does the vehicle run bad, does it misfire, are you looseing power. these are the signs of a bad headgasket. does anti freeze disappear in cooling system, does it smoke all of the time!! if so its probably the head gasket, if above symtoms are there.
