If you select "Put the computer on sleep" as Never, It will not goto sleep mode automatically.
Along with this, you would need to change the sleep mode button which is in your start menu to shutdown button. To do that, please perform following steps.

    1. Open the Control Panel (Classic View)

    2. Click on the Power Options Icon.

    3. Click on the Change plan settings under the Power Plan you have dotted.

    4. Click on Change advanced power settings.

    5. Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable.

    6. Click on Continue in the UAC prompt.

    7. Click + for Power buttons and lid.

    8. For the Computer Case Power Button -A) Click + for Power button Action

    B) Click on Setting: and click on the drop down arrow.

    C) Choose the action you want the Case Power Button to do when pressed.
NOTE: Your options will be Do nothing, Sleep, Hibernate, or Shut down.
    9. For the Start Menu Power Button -
NOTE: See the examples at the top of the tutorial.A) Click + for Start menu power button.

    B) Click on Setting: and click on the drop down arrow.

    C) Click on the action you want the Start menu power button to do when clicked on.
NOTE: Your options will be Sleep, Hibernate (not for Classic), or Shut down.

    10. Click on OK.

    11. Close window from step 4 above.

As I am not sure you are able to see pictures which I have provided you, to identify shutdown and sleepmode difference, here is a link.

The above button is sleep mode button and the lower one is shutdown button.[7].jpg

Any other questions, please feel free to ask.

The check engine light on the dashboard will go on one day and two days later go off. Then a day or so later come back on again. Is this the time frame that is supposed to happen. The manual with the car...

If the Check Engine Light (CEL) goes on and stays on, and than turns off, it still means you have a Trouble Code being put out by the ECM (Computer) but the fault i.e. bad Sensor or Component may not be happening all the time. You will need a OBD II Scanner ( On-Board Diagnostic II) to read the Trouble Code. You can have the code read for free at any AutoZone.

Check your monitor's cables. There might be a loose VGA cable (or whatever interface you use). If that's not the case then your PC's VGA adapter (or graphics card) might be faulty. Get it repaired or replaced. If it's the on-board VGA solution, then you could just purchase a cheap graphics card.

Have a 2002 pontiac aztec.....trunk door, stuck.....when put key in it turns but no click like no latch even there

There is a computer in the Aztek that actually controls the trunk, the key only tells the computer to do what it is supposed to (I had one of these). The new computer costs about $250, or you can pop the hood and pull the fuse for the computer (i think fuse 14? I don't have the car anymore...) then plug it back in about 30 seconds later. That will get it working again for a while. I did this for the last year I owned the car.

When i open the gallery, phone shuts down

what has happend is that the phone has detected a virus, like if you have ever used the wire that came in the box to connect to your computer to charge or to create mass storage and the computer has an undetected virus that can get into the phone via the wire, so what i recomend you do is that you scan your computer for undetected viruses, and also restore factory settings on your phone turn it of for 30 seconds turn it on and try again, if this does not work contact your service provider or LG themselves and treat the situation from there.
