My 4 year old tv will not turn on most of the time but will turn on some times

First thing is to check to see the firmware is up to date if that applies. Next does the tv turn on with the manual buttons on the tv? If it does, then it is a remote control issue. Batteries? Or sometimes too much sunlight is in the room washing out the Infrared signal from the remote. Does the remote always work in the evening (when the sunlight is less) ? If it does, that is the issue.

hope this helps some.

Picture settings..? What are the best calibration

You can't use someone else's numbers, even for the same set, and expect them to be perfect. The picture settings are governed by the viewing conditions in your TV room.

Settings such as Brightness can only be set correctly in the room where you are viewing. Brightness affects where you might then set gamma, and contrast, and colour. So just one setting has a lot of impact on several other areas of the picture.

Putting in someone else's numbers will make the picture look different. But that's not the same as the "best" calibration for your TV.

If you want to do a good set-up without spending any money, have a look at your DVDs and Blu-rays for those titles with the THX Optimizer.

Where is the best place to locate my aquarium?

After you have decided which tank to get, you will want to choose your tank location. Keep in mind that moving a saltwater aquarium is not a simple process, so pick your location carefully. I personally located mine in the middle of my living room without any direct sunlight. You can visit http://saltaquarium.about.com/od/startinganaquarium/a/aawanttobeswaqa.htm if you're having a hard time picking the right spot.

Bought a used one need to wash the cover

Hi there, I would hand wash it. Sunlight soap is the best and give it a good soak and rub with your hands and the marks should come out. DON'T put it in the washing machine, so many websites say just machine wash but I don't recommend it. I saw someone trying to sell a second hand hood once and it had completely skewed out of shape. They don't take long to wash/ rinse until water clean and squeeze hard and dry in the shade. Don't put any cleaning substances/ upholstery cleaners on it, Sunlight soap is the all time favourite for this sort of thing and gets most marks out. If you don't know what Sunlight soap is then any pure soap or baby friendly detergent/ washing soap would do (any with a picture of a baby on it.

The picture quality of the camera is very bad on my mac. im trying to use skype. first i thought it was the lighting in the room but it has been like that since i bought it. how can i get a better picture...

Run the program to use this webcam. In that you would be able to set up various items like color, hue, contrast etc etc. tweak all of them and set the best possible picture. Also rotate the ring around the lens. Both clockwise and anticlockwise to focus on to you to get the clearest picture.

What are the best picture settings for a ln32b360 samsung lcd tv.

Well, picture settings for this tv, is basically personal preference, size of the room, distance you will be from the tv, ect. even the lighting in the room. Changing any of these factors can change what resolution you wanna put your tv into. As well wide or full screen is a personal preference. The best thing to do would be simply play with the display settings and see what works the best for you. Telling you exact settings may not work for you.

Ideal settings for Samsung LN-T 4234H

sure, lcd tvs need to be tweeked depending on the light in the room the darker the worse the picture. so try this
from standard:
picture: 85 to 95 %
brightness: 45% or adjust the black of the video to the black of the pilar bars to equilize them.
color: 32 to 38% or until the flesh tones are not so hot
sharpness: low 10%
tint: always to center
color temp: cool1
back lamp ( if avalible) low when lights are dim, high when lights are bright.
the problem with LCD is they don't look so good with dark sceens. the contast ratio is very low. natively 3000:1 aas compaired to plasma or other direct view TVs. the LCD is back lite and the thin materal of the LCD can not completely block the back light from coming thru. there for the complete "black screen" is illuminated "blue". the best thing is to keep the lights on bright in the room for the best picture.
