use the links above to see if you can sort your problem, top one is a user manual, below is a service manual. So, it is nearly always my professional opinion that one should always get a "Quote" from the manufacturers recommended service center, I cannot stress how important that last point is. It is even worth the cost of shipping. you see an authorised service agent, will have trained staff, trained on their brand, also they have first hand access to parts, original parts. This will actually save you money and ensure you can actually get it back fixed. Of course asking for a "Quote" also gives on the option of repair or replace. Often my clients,do not go through with repair, unless it is moderate, but in some of the more costly jobs they see it, as do i, that a replacement, with a warranty, is a better option. As an aside here, one could then tear the TV down, and sell the Known Good bits. You'd be surprised who needs parts, i myself often must by from third party sources to effect a repair. So money could be recouped, somewhat, and help out someone else

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I have lost the instructions for my jumbo touch screen remote

I was here originally with a problem identical to one posted and found that the best solution posted was only partially working. My husband and I were able to get the tv on but that was the extent of it. Once on the remote was not working. Out of frustration we figured out the that if you practice the exact steps after the tv is turned on,
1 hold the set button untill the red light comes on
2 press what you want to set (tv,vcr, dvd, ect.)
3 press power botton aim at unit and wait until it turns OFF then quickly press ent.
This did it for us and we are now happily watching tv again without having to toss our beloved giant remote into the garbage. Hope this helps!!!!
