Sadly, almost always when this happens, the only solution is to remove the radio and take it apart to retrieve the cd and replace the radio with either an aftermarket or a factory replacement (factory replacements from the dealership are very expensive). The reason for replacement, unless you take your time and know what you are doing 90% of the time the radio wont work after it is reassembled and if it does work again, your cd feature probably wont work again... that been sad, try unhooking the battery for several minutes and then try to eject it again. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...
