Question about Heating & Cooling
Sounds like the compressor is 'short-cycling,' i.e. runs for a little bit then goes off and keeps repeating the cycle - hence the term 'short-cyling.'
The most common cause of this is is 'low on refrigerant,' which is easily fixed by adding some refrigerant.
This usually takes a Service Tech because you will need gauges, refrigerant and technical knowledge.
