Here I linked a manual if you do not have one ...In this manual it is explained on the 33 page that your camera has a feature in the menu called Image storage ..and it is explained there how to but I thing not very clear ...so ...
In the bottom line they say ..that you have to access the menu from the arrows button ...and press ok to get in ...after that choose image storage and you will have 2 options ....auto(card memory ) and internal memory ...the second one is activated on your case and it needs to select the other ..and activate it by pressing ok ..
You will also have there a format option ..so get there first and format the card using the camera ...inthe same way ..get into the feature for formatting ..and choose the card (not the internal memory )..and ok ..This will format the card and will make it ready to use..After that get into the image storage and choose AUTO for to use teh card for storage ..Thats all...Have a great day ..

Screen is telling me that Internal memory is full. What do l do?

You will have to download those pictures in your camera to your computer. Internal memory on a camera will maybe hold 25-50 pictures. If you want more storage, you will have to buy a memory card which is really inexpensive. There will be a slot probably somewhere by your batteries to insert the card. After the card is inserted, you will have to go to the memory function on your camera and tell it to use the memory card instead of "internal storage".

Hope this helps.

I have the kodak easy share M883 . can you guide me on how to transfer pictures from camera to computer

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Camera keeps saying internal memory is full, even after putting a

Your internal memory is separate from your memory card. Think of it as two folders, the internal memory cannot be removed, and the memory card is one you can take with you. You can put new memory cards in it all day, the internal memory will still have pictures in it. You may wish to consider copying all internal memory to the memory card. To do this, make sure your camera has a memory card in it. View pictures on your internal memory, then from the menu option select 'copy all images to external memory.' In doing this, all of your photos will be moved, you can then clean out your internal memory by deleting everything/formatting it. :)

I put a new memory card in our Kodak EasyShare

Your camera is only supporting SD/MMC Cards (up to 1 GB)
The card that you currently have might be faulty. Please try another card.

You might also need to switch the camera over to saving pictures directly onto the SD card.
1: Menu 2: Cam settings 3: Chose AUTO or SD card option Press OK
Note: If the SD card isn't in the camera or is unreadable the camera will automatically go back to saving you taken pictures on the internal memory.
