Most likely the tube is clogged on its way to the garbage disposal. The most likely place is right before the entry port to the disposal. Get a bucket, remove the tube, **** it out. Yuck! But good.

My bosch SGS3062GB is not draining the water away - the water is stagnent in the bottom of the dishwasher. I ran the rinse cycle and it left about 2.5inches on water in the bottom of the...

Hi

Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. Check the drain hose for any visible clogging, remove if present. If no visible lint is present then remove then turn off the dishwasher and remove the drain hose and check for any visible clogging. If still not visible then the drain filter or drain pump is clogged and you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump.
Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.

Bosch dishwasher SHU4000 problem starting, not draining

Drain problems are almost always going to be a clog. Disconnect the drain hose from the air gap vent at the sink top. Place a bucket under the hose and run the drain cycle. Unit should drain. If not, clog is either in drain hose or under the dishwasher's internal filter. Remove filter. Locate the item causing the clog and remove it. If nothing is found here, the problem will be in the air vent gap filter itself. Disconnect the other hose and remove the air vent gap from the sink. There's a small cap at the top of the filter. Press the clips in to remove the cap. Flush the unit with water or use a thin, long blade screwdriver to remove the debris.

Put it all back together and test again. You should be fine.

Bosch dishwasher shx55m with bottom tub full of water

The dishwasher really shouldn't pass any particles near large enough to clog the drain hose. It sounds more like a mechanical issue. Check the circuit breaker to make sure it's not tripped. See if you can hit a cancel button or something to make it drain. Try to run another cycle. If the computer is stuck or acting funny, trying cutting the power for a while, holding down a stop/reset/cancel button, or running a cycle that you don't usually run. I had this kitchenaid that would randomly refuse the normal wash cycle, but would run fine when you ran rinse only or something, then regular wash and everything would be fine again too. If the line somehow is clogged, there's a good chance it's right where the hose connects to the disposal or drain pipe.

I have a Bosch free standing dishwasher (can't find the model #) that doesn't drain the used water when finished. Are there any diagrams that I can access to check how to remove and check the drain?

just remove the screen from inside you will see a torx screw to the left side of the sump remove it. pull the protective cover of the drain pump impeller. once removed you can see if anything is in the drain. if the impeller seems fine you eithe have a bad drain pump or something is in your drain between the dishwasher and the sink clogged.

Dishwasher doesnot drain

Once you ensure that the drain lines are clear, this usually means that the drain pump is stuck, clogged or faulty.

Try first unplugging power cord for ten minutes.

If this does not help, the pump is clogged or defective.

Use the number listed on the owner manual if you want to call a technician.

Enter model number on this website to find schematics and replacement parts.

MY DISHWASHER IS NOT DRAINING. I REMOVED THE DRAIN IT DOESNT SEEM TO BE CLOGGED .

When you say that you removed the drain, are you talking about the filter screen and you removed all sediment from previous wash cycles? If so, does your dishwasher drain into and thru a garbage disposal in under your sink? Sometimes that gets clogged and when the DW tries to drain thru that, it just builds up and doesn't empty the DW properly. A quick yet not so painfree check can be to detach the dishwasher drain hose from wherever it is clamped on ( under the sink ) and run the dishwasher thru a cycle //but allow it to drain into a good sized bucket.. If that works OK and you have a good flow .. then chances are your drain system is restricting it from draining.. Conversely, if the DW drains very slowly then there is a good chance your pump, the line into or out of the pump may be clogged or the pump itself is malfunctioning.. Those are the main components to look at..Hoe that helps you !

Bosch built in dishwasher won't drain

1.
  1. Adjust the level of the washer to mitigate sound.
  2. The water backup is due to the low drain hose mounting position. Check the sink disposal position; the drain hose connection from the dishwasher to the disposal must be placed higher than the present drain hose passing the sink cabinet from your dishwasher.

Bosch dishwasher model #shu33A

your dirty water backed up into the washer (which it shouldn't do) and probably clogged something in there,..i would recommend getting it flushed out somehow, not sure how,.....next time, your washer drain hose should go up under the sink as high as possible and then back down to drain,....this settup makes it hard for drain water to go back into washer,....it's instructed in any dishwasher manual
