Greetings my friend, regarding on your problem try to check first the connection of your CD/DVD ROM. Make it sure that the connection is isntalled/Plug correctly then also try to see the jumper and change it to slave if you are using 1 IDE cable connector for your hard disk and your CD/DVD ROM. No need to installed drivers for this device folow the steps i write then after you done all the steps i have written then restart your computer
