Question about Kenmore 62602 Electric Dryer
IT STOPS IN BETWEEN DRYING AND MAKES A NOISE
Posted on Jun 08, 2012
If the timer just keeps going past the next off and never shuts off then it could be one of two things. First, is the heating still on when door is opened? If it is then the electric heating element is broken in half and one half is getting neutral by laying against the metal heater case which will cause this problem. (assuming a electric dryer). If not then the timer is the culprit and check fleabay for NOS.
