Question about Shure E3C Consumer Headphones
The right side earphone doesnt sound as loud as the left one...it may have gotten wet, but after a few days to let it dry, it still sounds lower...Any fix? Thanks.
There is no fix for that. They will need to be sent to Shure for repairs. Contact Shure Service.

There was a fix for mine my right hand side was only just audible and the left around half volume I got some electronic contact spray cleaner and took off the ear buds and sprayed the contact cleaner directly into the tube part of the headphone. There was an immediate improvement but still not quite right and so I did it again and now once again my Shure 345's are sounding perfect. I can only think that there was a build up of dirt actually inside the unit and the contact cleaner removed it. I hope that this works for others and doesn't actually destroy the earphone but as mine were unusable any way I had little to lose.
