Ok, above, a troubleshooting guide, above that is the Dell, support, above that is your user manual. Below is a service manual, not for your exact model, but it will help.
www.everestdisplay.com.tw/db/.../P65%20service%20manual-20070912.pdf

Things to look at when you have no picture from projector
1. Laptop or computer is not connected correctly. Check your cables and note where it is plugged into on the back of the projector. Make sure the projector is set to display from the right port.
To check this there should be a button on the projector or the remote for the projector that allows you to cycle thru all the input connections
2. If using a laptop make sure that the laptop is sending video out to the external video port. This is normally done by pressing the FN key and one of the F# keys. Example on a Dell laptop press FN + F8 sends video to the external video port
Please note that there are normally 3 modes to the FN + F# keys on a laptop when pressed. You may have to press the combination more than once to get output on the laptop and projector.
MODE 1 Laptop Display only
MODE 2 Projector Display only
MODE 3 Projector and Laptop display
Please note that the FN + F# combination key will be different depending on manufacturer
3. Check for problem lights on the projector. Some projectors have “Overheat” and “Lamp check” warnings indicators.
4. Projector lamp has failed try reseating the lamp. .
Projector is overheating (Over heat indicator on) or the cooling fan is running at high speed all the time
1. Clean the cooling fan intake and filter. Replace the filter if needed, do not run the projector without the filter.
2. Check for intake vent obstructions, if projector is ceiling mounted.
The picture from the projector is tinted (Red, Green, Blue, Pink or some other color)
1. Check the cable connection from the computer to the projector
2. Someone has adjusted the colors wrong. You will need to reset the projector back to factory settings. This can be done thru the buttons on top of the projector or with the remote.
3. If the above does not fix this then you will need to send the projector in for service. The Video display board is faulty.
Picture is too wide for the projector screen
1. Display resolution is set to high for the projector to handle, change the display resolution to a lower setting.
2. Press the “Sync” button on the projector and let the projector resync itself to the incoming video.
3. Reset the projector back to default settings
4. If the above does not fix the issue then chances are the Projector will not support the video out of the computer that it is connected to.
Projector is not responding to the remote
1. Replace the battery in the remote.
2. Make sure that that the IR sensor is not obstructed.

1.We will need the model number here to further assist.
2.this is more than one issue here but there is not enough information to go on.
3. I will need to know how the screen looks etc.
4. I suspect a high voltage section may be the or the B+ side of the main board is possibly failing or failed

BUZZING NOISE FROM MY HEAT PUMP

Take a look at this YouTube page that explains with good videos what are some of the common problems with heat pump noise. The one that seems dominant is the defrost cycle a heat pump goes thru when it melts ice off the evaporative coils. In defrost cycle, The compressor runs but the cooling fan does not, so you will hear a loud buzzing sound and the unit sounds like it is stalled...because only the compressor is running to generate heat to melt coil ice.

It sounds like you have a motor coupling that is broken. There are videos on YouTube to show you how to repair this. Search for "motor coupling repair on direct drive".

After oven turned on for normal baking it starts to hum rather than typical noise from exhaust fan.

If you're not hearing the fan turn at its normal speed, it is possible that your fan motor has become stalled. AC motors will often hum or buzz when they can no longer turn but still have power applied to them. This could be due to bad bearings, or a blockage of some sort. It's probably not easy to get to, but if you can hand check the fan it should spin quite freely. Be sure to unplug the unit before messing with the insides, or shut of its circuit breaker if it's a built-in unit.

My Whisperflo was making a buzzing noise while pumping. I turned it off to clean the strainers and now when I turn it on it makes a loud buzzing noise and the motor does not spin. The impeller moves...

it's a bad start/run capacitor. It's under the hump on top of the motor. DO NOT touch the terminals with your bare hands in case the capacitor is charged. You can replace it with an exact match.

Will fill up with water but will not spin and just makes a buzzing noise?

there are two possible problems one the lid switch might be broken there is a small tab front right corner of lid that goes down into a hole to operate the switch which i beleive is still good because you can hear the moter hum there is a drive coupling between the moter and transmission if you lean the machine back you will find black rubber debries in the middle toward the front of machine before taking apart unplug from power the pump has two clips that hold it on top of moter there are two screws in two clips that hold the moter to a metal plate next to transmission the wiring harness plugs in to side of moter the drive coupling can be worked off gently with a wide screw driver from moter and transmission each plastic piece has three
pins that line up and fit into a hard black
rubber center the trick is lining it back up and clipping the metal supports back on moter i normally clip the top one back on first gravity assist with correct placement of moter to reinstal bottom clip reattach wiring harness two screws in moter clips reinstall pump will probably have to turn moter shaft to align with pump reinstall pump clips

Have a Ruud Achiever Model number UAKA-037JAZ that won't run since yesterday. When the air kicks on it simply makes a buzzing noise and the fan doesn't spin. Can anyone help?

try spinning by hand when the unit make the buzzing sound. to see if the capacitor is bad. If the fan runs replace the cap. If not motor probably is bad. See if it spins freely. this is a good starting place. need to check if the buzzing is the contactor and there is no power to the condensor. The contactor will buzz even though the main breaker is off or tripped

most of fuel pumps were in tank, wire corrodes is harness under right front seat floor pan to tank
if fuel pump buzz is heard and car runs and when it doesnt run you cant hear the fuel pump try
turn ignition off wait 10 seconds
turn ignition to on position to (prime or hear pump buzz)
no buzz fuel pump not working check fuel pump relay(swap with another) and try again?
you could use test light to pump wiring and make sure your getting power to pump on this prime test no power relay or wiring problem.
power at pump, but no buzz fuel pump faulty

Won't run

If "won't run" meaning; "does not tumble/spin" this can be a couple things;

1. Defective Drive Belt (Likely): Broken or jammed (not properly attached to motor/pulley). Nothing will happen when pressing start; unit will not heat or rotate/tumble. "Normal ware and tear"

2. Defective Door Switch (Very likely) - Very common due to constant "slamming" of door. The door switch enables power to be passed through-out machine when door closes for safety purposes. Switch located at door area and can be tested for continuity. "Nothing will happen when pressing start; unit will not heat or tumble/turn". * Fairly easy to replace; two mounting screws.

3. Defective/Jammed Motor (Rare, but possible): You may hear a "humming noise" and burning smell. Also, excessive lint in blower housing may jam the motor from rotating. "Does not come on; does not tumble/turn"

Remember to disconnect power from unit before servicing.
