Question about Televison & Video
Thanks for using FixYa. Please check the audio with a DVD player or cable box. Also try using component cables if using a RCA component cable or vice versa. Check that all of the cables are plugged into the back of the TV & MUTE button is not pressed. Do a hard reset by unplugging the power cord for more than 4 hours and power it again, then go into the on-screen-menu and make sure the sap is off and stereo in on. If this all didn't resolves the issue then it is an Audio IC or bad speakers/speaker connection. However, I’ll suggest to use the warranty as opening the set may void it. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved else revert for further assistance.
